This is an invitation

to embody your spirit —

to open to the wellspring of

love and deep knowing that

exists within you.

If you are seeking support as you navigate life’s challenges and changes, welcome.

If you are looking for a way to re-connect with your Self , to understand and heal what is happening in your body and your heart, welcome.

Now is the time to connect with your whole self—body, mind, heart and spirit—and welcome all of you to be here.  As is.

When we connect deeply with our selves—in our bodies—we become empowered to influence our experience, and bring greater joy and well-being into our lives.   This work invites us to be fully present, with kindness and compassion, so we can embody who we really are within, our spirit or essence.

What I love most about my work is being able to witness and support people as they open to their intuitive wisdom, learn to listen to their bodies and reconnect with who they really are.

UPDATE on MARCH 21, 2020

Now is the time for us to really turn to our practice: to let the inner work we do ground, guide and support us.

No matter what is unfolding in our lives and in the world, we always have the choice to be present in this moment:  to pause, take a deep breath, find our ground and stay connected with who we really are.

In difficult times like this, feeling anchored in the depths of who you really are—your essential self – is more important than ever.

Being present in your body will help you access intuitive guidance and the strength to meet whatever life presents with ground under your feet.  Practicing grounding helps you notice and address what is happening  with kindness towards your self and others, whether you are experiencing grief and loss, fear, anxiety or other feelings.   Your willingness to be present will help you – one step at at time – make your way through this.  Like all healing crises, this moments holds within it an opportunity for deepening awareness and and ultimately, transformation.  Part of self-care also may involve reaching out for support.

While we are “sheltering in place,” I will be offering support and an energetic “shelter” through body-centered intuitive consultations online (via Skype or Zoom).   If you would like to give this a try, please let me know.  Once the situation shifts, I will return to in-person sessions for local clients.

I join you in practicing:  taking time to breathe, sense, ground and return to the present moment—again and again throughout the day.  May the beauty of spring and the healing power of earth energy support your practice and well-being;  may the fruit of your practice contribute to the well-being of humanity and the earth.
